What is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a collection of confidential and free support services designed to help employees manage personal health, work-related stress, and financial challenges. The program provides professional assistance for a variety of issues, focusing on mental health, physical well-being, and financial wellness, ensuring the comprehensive well-being of our team members both inside and outside of work.


How We Can Help You

Our EAP offers practical support across three key areas:

1. Mental Health & Well-being

  • Access up to five confidential counselling sessions for you or an immediate family member.
  • Speak with a professional via phone, online, or in-person within 24-48 hours.
  • Get help with stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, or anything else on your mind.

2. Physical Health & Fitness

  • A one-on-one session with an exercise physiologist to guide your fitness and well-being.
  • Personalised advice on nutrition, injury prevention, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

3. Financial Wellness

  • A financial health check with a professional advisor to help with budgeting, superannuation, and long-term financial goals.
  • Access guidance on managing debt, planning for the future, and financial well-being, with an option to engage them for more comprehensive and personal financial advice at a fee.

We also offer regular workshops throughout the year on mental health, financial wellness, and general well-being—available through toolbox meetings or after-hours sessions.
