Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Sexual harassment in the workplace is a serious issue that affects individuals, teams, organisations, and the broader community. Whether you're working in an office or on a job site, everyone has the right to a safe and respectful work environment.
In this course, we’ll explore what work-related sexual harassment is, the behaviours that constitute harassment, and how to recognise its signs. You’ll also learn how common this issue is and the far-reaching impacts it can have on people and workplace culture.
We’ll look closely at the societal drivers and environmental risk factors that contribute to workplace sexual harassment and, most importantly, what we can all do to prevent it.
By the end of this training, you’ll be better equipped to:
- Define what constitutes sexual harassment in a work context
- Identify behaviours that may breach safe workplace standards
- Understand how prevalent this issue is across industries
- Recognise the personal, organisational, and societal impacts
- Spot environmental and cultural risk factors that may enable inappropriate behaviour
This training is an important step toward building safer, more respectful, and more inclusive workplaces for everyone.
