How to Report
You can report concerns in any of the following ways:
- Speak confidentially with your leaders
Contact James Mccullough (CEO), Kelby O'Shea (MD) or Wendy Marr (Head of Finance) - Speak directly to your manager or supervisor
If you feel comfortable, you are encouraged to raise the issue with your direct supervisor. - Submit a written report
Email your concern to safety@centland.com.au. - Use our Anonymous Reporting Tool
You may also submit a report anonymously via [insert tool name or link]. No personal details are required.
What Happens After You Report
Every report, anonymous or named will be taken seriously and assessed promptly. We are committed to investigating all concerns thoroughly.
- If you choose to report anonymously, we will still review the information and take steps to identify and address potential risk.
- However, please note: to conduct a full and fair investigation, we may need to speak directly with the person affected. Without this, our ability to act may be limited.
We understand that coming forward can be difficult, and we are committed to handling all matters with sensitivity, discretion, and respect for your privacy.
No Negative Consequences for Reporting
